30-Day Return Window: Your happiness is our priority. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Regrettably, if 30 days have passed, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused, in new condition, with all original accessories, packaging, and manufacturing seals intact. Please be mindful that any damaged, used, or unsuitable items may not be eligible for a refund, and we reserve the right to return them to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including gift cards, product brochure items, are non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items with obvious signs of use, or items not in their original condition. Returns beyond 30 days after delivery may also be subject to partial refunds.
Cancellation Requests: To cancel an order, please email sales@xytbrands.com. While we strive to accommodate cancellation requests, it may not always be possible due to our warehouse's quick turnaround.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. For further assistance, reach out to us at sales@xytbrands.com.
Sale Items and Exchanges: Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, while sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.
Gift Returns: Gifted items can be returned for a gift credit. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mail the product to the address provided. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
